I believe legal action is already being pursued in the Federal Courts. If this is different or in addition to the filed charges, please let me know.

The efficacy of Trump's IRS lawsuit is now before the federal district court in the Southern District of Florida. None of the amicus briefs have raised the issue of Trump's immunity for federal "agencies and departments" in addition to the IRS. Presumably, if Judge Williams finds the lawsuit is a fraud on the court because Trump was the plaintiff who controls the Defendants, the IRS and the Treasury Department, she will invalidate the entire lawsuit and settlement. However, there is no guarantee how she will rule. There are two other lawsuits, attacking the $1.776 billion slush fund created by the first IRS settlement agreement. Neither lawsuit mentions the immunity Trump granted to himself. There is plenty of publicity about Trump's crypto earnings, and that investors were left holding the bag. However, no one, the press or Congress, is explaining that Trump has already immunized himself from criminal or civil accountability on his crypto dealings. If you know anyone in Congress or the press, please pass this along. Trump has kept the focus on the slush fund, hoping everyone will ignore this immunity he snuck into the second agreement. Thanks, Nick
