TRUMP TO ACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL TODD BLANCHE: SCREW THE TAXPAYERS
Donald Trump announced today that he may temporarily withdraw his nomination of Todd Blanche to be Attorney General. Blanche is the Acting Attorney General and will continue in that position.
Why is he doing this?
Simple: Trump does not want Blanche to modify the corrupt deal he made for himself and unnamed others in the so-called settlement of his bogus $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS.
Trump will not allow Blanche to agree to the demands of Senator Cornyn (R-Texas) and Senator Tillis (R-North Carolina), who refused to confirm Blanche as Attorney General unless he modified Trump’s collusive “settlement” agreement with the IRS.
That settlement provides for the infamous $1.776 billion slush fund for January 6th insurrectionists. It also gives Trump, his sons, and unnamed family members and affiliates civil and criminal immunity for IRS violations and “any matters currently pending or that could be pending . . .before … other agencies or departments.”
Cornyn and Tillis, in return for their votes, offered to let Blanche modify the agreement to eliminate the slush fund and limit the immunity to tax violations for Trump and his two sons.
There is of course, a major problem with the Senators’ proposed “compromise.” It violates the recent ruling of Judge Kathleen Williams, who presided over Trump’s IRS lawsuit. Her ruling nullified the entire settlement agreement.
She held that Trump’s lawsuit “was brought for the improper purpose—to gain the imprimatur of judicial legitimacy for a ‘settlement’ that had no viable basis in law or fact.”
In his confirmation proceeding, Blanche ignored Judge Williams' decision. He claimed the settlement agreement was still in effect. Even though Blanche testified at his confirmation hearing that the slush fund was “dead” and the IRS immunity applied only to Trump and his sons and IRS civil violations (despite the clear language to the contrary in the Release Order signed by Blanche), Blanche refused to modify the agreement.
Trump has now said he is likely to withdraw Blanche’s nomination rather than allow Blanche to modify the settlement agreement.
This is an all-time first in presidential corruption— a greedy president sues the IRS for claims foreclosed by the statute of limitations and other legal grounds, negotiates a settlement for both himself and the IRS for huge personal benefits, and ignores the ruling of a federal judge nullifying his collusive settlement.

Todd Blanche must never be approved as Attorney General. Regardless of Party affiliation, every customer, every associate, and every guest, of Jeffrey Epstein that trafficked, or pimped, or raped a child —and every employee of every government entity who knew of the rapes and covered them up—should be identified, indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and thrown into prison. And that includes Sexual Predator Donald Trump, fired Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and Interim Attorney General, Todd Blanche.
Because Donald Trump and scores of other wealthy Republicans are identified as pedophiles in the Epstein files, Republicans restrict access to the files in an attempt to protect Trump and his Billionaire friends who fund Republican campaigns.
Multiple courts found Donald Trump liable for the sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll. After losing multiple appeals, the judgement of the court stands: Trump raped and defamed E. Jean Carroll. Trump was ordered, to pay his victim $5,000,000.00 in damages plus $625,005,48 in accrued interest. The court transferred Trump’s funds to his victim.
In addition to another successful defamation lawsuit filed by E. Jean Carroll (which is now under appeal), America’s convicted criminal President stands accused of:
(1) the sexual assault of 26 adult women.
(2) the slapping and violent rape of a 13-year-old child provided to him by his good friends—the pedophile sex traffickers, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
(3) the rape of a child described by the victim in three FBI depositions—(taken under oath)—that between 13 and 15 years of age, she was raped by Donald Trump. These sworn depositions are now in the hands of both the DOJ and Congress.
Interim Attorney General, Todd Blanche, has not investigated Donald Trump for the rapes. Blanche, one of Trump’s personal attorneys, has continued to ignore the law passed by Congress on November 18, 2025 that directed the Department of Justice to release all of the Epstein files no later than December 19, 2025.
In direct violation of this law, half of the Epstein files were withheld from Congress by the DOJ during Pam Bondi’s tenure as Attorney General. Todd Blanche has continued the coverup.
If—(in the millions of pages of documents the DOJ refuses to release to Congress)—Bondi and Blanche have concealed evidence that Donald Trump is guilty of raping children, they must be criminally charged for their coverups.
PREDICTION: Evidence of Trump’s crimes against children will surface and topple the Trump Family Crime Syndicate; Trump, Bondi and Blanche will be prosecuted, convicted and thrown into prison.
Why are Cornyn and Tillis considering confirming Blanche with conditions?!? It should be a straight no.
